Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return

If your return meets our criteria, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on where and how to send back your package. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or damaged items, QuickCart will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items as soon as you receive your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
